The IT Guys - "Follow & Refer to Win" Monthly Contest - Official Terms & Conditions
By participating in The IT Guys' "Follow & Refer to Win" Monthly Contest (the "Contest"), you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Terms & Conditions. This Contest is sponsored and administered by The IT Guys I/O, LLC. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram/Meta.
1. Eligibility
The Contest is open only to legal residents of the state of California who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of The IT Guys, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Monthly Contest Cycle
This is a recurring monthly contest. Each calendar month constitutes a separate and distinct entry period.

Monthly Start: The 1st day of each month at 12:00 AM PT.

Monthly Cut-off: The 26th day of each month at 11:59 PM PT.

The Drawing: Held on the last day of each month via Instagram Live.
3. How to Enter
Participants may enter both drawings, subject to the entry limits below.

Drawing A (Instagram - New Followers): Follow @theITguys.io and Like the official "Monthly Contest" announcement post.

Entry Limit: One (1) entry per person, ever. Drawing A is designed for new followers. Once a participant has been entered into a Drawing A pool, they are ineligible for future Drawing A entries, regardless of subsequent "Likes" or "Follows."

Drawing B (Monthly Referrals): Submit a business referral via the official form at https://www.theitguys.io/contest-terms-and-conditions

Entry Limit: Unlimited. Each valid referral counts as one (1) entry.

Requirement: Each entry must be for a unique and new business not previously submitted to The IT Guys. Resubmitting the same company will not result in additional entries.

4. Valid Referral Requirements
A referral is considered "Valid" once:

The referred business completes an initial discovery meeting (Web or In-Person).

A legitimate IT service need is identified.

The IT Guys sends an official service quote to the referral via email. Milestones must be completed by the 26th to count for the current month.
5. Prizes
Two (2) prizes will be awarded each month (one per drawing). Prizes consist of a Gift Card with a value ranging from $10 to $100. The specific value and merchant for the current month will be announced during the Instagram Live drawing.
6. Referral Bonuses (SPIFF)
Regardless of drawing results, if a referral converts into a paying client, the Referrer receives:

Recurring Monthly Contracts: A SPIFF equal to one (1) month of the initial recurring fee.

One-Time Projects/Month-to-Month: A SPIFF equal to 25% of the project or first month's fee.

Paid within 30 days after the client pays their first full invoice.
7. Winner Selection
Winners are selected via random drawing on Instagram Live on the last day of each month. Presence is not required to win.
8. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted via Instagram DM or the Email provided within three (3) business days of the drawing.
9. Unclaimed Prizes
Winners must respond within seven (7) business days of notification. Failure to do so results in forfeiture of the prize.
10. Disqualification
The IT Guys reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to the Contest
The IT Guys reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the monthly contest cycle at any time due to technical, legal, or administrative issues.
12. Liability Waiver & Release
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless The IT Guys and its agents from any liability, loss, or damage occurring directly or indirectly from participation in the Contest or use of any prize.
13. Privacy & Governing Law
Personal data is used for contest administration and service updates per our Privacy Policy. This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of California.
